Durell Coleman is the Founder and CEO of DC Design, a social impact design firm that helps nonprofits, foundations, and governments tackle complex social challenges through human-centered design and systems thinking.

Over the past decade, he has partnered with organizations to strengthen systems in child welfare, criminal justice, healthcare, education, and economic mobility. His work has contributed to lasting improvements in communities across the United States.

A two-time Stanford University alumnus and lecturer, Durell writes The Fortified Nonprofit to share practical ideas that help nonprofit leaders build stronger organizations and create greater impact.
